SEEKING ADVICE FROM A SMALL COOP WITH A GAS-BURNING BOILER

We are a 5-floor, 10-unit coop in Manhattan that has to replace our oil-burning boiler. The question is whether to convert to a natural gas-burning system. We are getting confusing and contradictory information and advice from the industry. We would like to talk with a similar-sized coop that has experience with a gas system. I will gladly share information from our building and experience.
