2010 MEMBERSHIP DUES

New member registration @ $5 per unit* to a maximum of $150 due along with the annual membership fee

* Includes $1 per unit contribution to the Action Committee for Reasonable Real Estate Taxes. Since 1996, New York City cooperatives and condominiums have saved more than ONE BILLION DOLLARS in property taxes thans to the abatement program begun in that year. CNYC's Action Committee for Reasonable Real Estate Taxes worked for this abatement and each extender. Your $1 per unit will help the Action Committee continue its crusade for property tax reform that will treat all New York taxpayers fairly and equally.

Member cooperatives and condominiums can each register one person for the Annual Cooperative Housing Conference at no cost.
