The Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums (CNYC) accepts credit card payments by Visa and Mastercard for Conference Registrations thru Cvent.
CNYC is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all personal information provided for credit card payment. Information will be used exclusively for the collection of funds as payment for Conference registration.
CNYC does not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for any purpose. We do not share information that we have about you with anyone except in response to subpoenas or otherwise required by law.
No Conference registration is complete until workshop choices are included. In the week prior to the Conference, workshop tickets will be mailed to all registrants. Each ticket shows the Classroom and the time of the workshop selected. Provision is made at the Conference for those who did not receive their tickets or those who have misplaced them to receive passes to the workshops that they have selected.
Because CNYC pays a fee for each credit card payment it accepts, full refunds are not available to Conference registrants who pay by credit card and subsequently cancel their registrations. All refund must be requested in writing and received by CNYC prior to November 10, 2009. A $10 fee will be applied to any credit card payment that is cancelled. Payments made by check will be refunded in full.
